Ms. Nvard Minasyan is a Research Fellow specializing in labor economics, workforce development, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and gender equality issues. Ms. Minasyan holds two Master’s degrees, in Human Rights from Yerevan State University’s Center for European Studies, and in Social Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics (LSE).
She has previously worked as a Public-Private Dialogue Expert at CIVITTA AM, focused on the USAID-funded “Armenia Workforce Development Activity” Project. In that capacity, Ms. Minasyan developed a “Code of Conduct for Private Sector Employers” and worked with employee unions and state entities to formulate labor policy reforms in Armenia. She is currently engaged in a PhD program at the Centre for Sustainability and Responsible Management, Faculty of Business and Law at the University of Roehampton, London, with a research topic assessing the impact of ethical CSR from the perspectives of human rights and management.
