In a brief four-page policy memo, the Regional Studies Center (RSC) called for greater engagement by the European Union in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and issued a set of policy recommendations (see attached).

.The blog is part of an innovative initiative by the UK-based LINKS "peace-building" organization, as part of its efforts to “contribute towards a resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and more widely towards long lasting peace and security in the Caucasus region.” More specifically, the initiative seeks “to promote dialogue on Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and wider issues connected with the future of the Caucasus Region.” This initiative includes a cooperative partnership with two news outlets, the ARMINFO news agency in Armenia and the 1News.az news web portal in Azerbaijan.
