RSC Director Richard Giragosian returned to the NATO Defense College in Rome, as a guest lecturer for a senior military course focusing on the South Caucasus.
Giragosian was joined by Dr. Elene Panchulidze and Dr. Anar Valiyev for the Georgian and Azerbaijani lectures, respectively. Giragosian regularly lectures at the NATO Defense College, with a specific focus on defense and security issues in Armenia and the wider region.
