Armenia's Central Election Commission has announced that with votes counted from all precincts, President Serzh Sarkisian has won a landslide reelection victory, taking more than 58 percent of the vote. Former Foreign Minister Raffi Hovannisian was a distant second, getting 36.7 percent.
