In an interview on 25 September with Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty’s (RFE/RL) Azerbaijani Service, Radio Azadliq, RSC Research Fellow Emily Babakanian Frazier assessed the prospects for future bilateral trade between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Armenia hosted the 108th Rose-Roth Seminar of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly (NATO PA) from 22-23 September, in cooperation with the National Assembly of Armenia and formally entitled “Armenia and the South Caucasus in a Shifting World: Strengthening Democracy and Regional Security.
