In an interview with RSC Director Giragosian, Turkey’s NTV focused on the aftermath of Azerbaijan’s attack on Karabakh on 21 September.
In an interview prior to the launch of the Azerbaijani military attack against Nagorno-Karabakh, RSC Director Richard Giragosian assessed Armenia’s relations with Russia, Iran, the Middle East, Turkey, and the wider Arab world for the Vienna-based MENA Research Center. The interview, which was published on 21 September, was entitled, “Betrayed by Russia, Armenia is looking for a way out of a strategic impasse.”
The prominent French newspaper “Le Monde” cited RSC Director Richard Giragosian in their article, “La capitulation du Haut-Karabakh après le coup de force de l’Azerbaïdjan, un tournant historique” (“The capitulation of Nagorno-Karabakh after the coup by Azerbaijan, a historic turning point”) published on 21 September.
